Western Maryland Scenic Railroad's newest B32 #561, still in Norfolk Southern paint, is on the "Allegheny Winter Express" excursion train as it passes under the old signal bridge, on it's way back from Frostburg, to it's starting point in Cumberland, Maryland. Also notice the old right-of-way around the mountain, before the cut out for the current trackage.
