For the 11/30/19 game against Maryland, the Spartan Marching Band had to cut their Thanksgiving weekend a little short so they could rehearse the night before the game. Luckily, the Duffy Daugherty Football building was available so they got to do it indoors this time. Of course, we just HAD TO sneek in to watch the event and listen to the extra sound power that is realized from the rare indoor performance of this great band.
This is the second song of the 11/30/19 halftime show. It's a shorter show than normal due to the band honoring the departing Senior band members; this is their last home game performance as a student.
This rehearsal was a couple/few hours long in total, this is why some of the band members are shirtless and/or wearing shorts. They work HARD for their devoted fans and it shows in their on-field performance perfection.
Gotta love the field side perspective and MONSTROUS SOUND!. Cool...
