Chesapeake basketball coach Brian Faulcon was pardoned by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam after a series of News 3 reports highlighted evidence pointing to his innocence in a 2012 robbery. This report aired in January 2023, one year following Faulcon's release from prison. He is back on the basketball court with the same students he says he was ripped away from because of his arrest.
