This Sun Salutation is a beginner-intermediate level Surya Namaskara taught by Harvard Business School-trained strategist and mind-body expert Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy. She was on retreat at the Dreamtime Villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica and captured this flow. The two rounds will warm-up the entire body in just 5 minutes.

FROM TERRI:

Thank you for practicing with me on Power Living® TV. I was at the Dreamtime Villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica with my family as a work and play retreat. It rained the entire week. The day before we were scheduled to leave, the sun came out. I simply HAD to do some yoga by the water. The camera was rolling for something else I was about to film. I hadn't intended on sharing the clip as a practice but it provides a nice full body flow. "Surya Namaskar" literally means "greeting to the sun" or "welcoming the sun" in the Ancient Indian Sanskrit language. Use it to wake up the body in the morning, as a warm-up before other physical activities, or even to release tension before sitting for meditation.

Enjoy... and remember you have the power to choose how to BE in every moment of every day. Choose to shine your light and make a declaration: I Am Power Living!

With Purpose & Power,

Terri
