Friday = milk processing day. Today’s agenda… Butter, chocolate ice cream, lots of mozzarella, and vanilla pudding. Hoping to make yogurt and maybe cream cheese next week. I love that we can make it all right here on the farm, and I know exactly what’s in it. That is priceless.
