Well, another week has passed and we find ourselves back at International Sandwich Sunday once more. Today, I checking out the Wigan Kebab. Which not only isn’t a kebab, it doesn’t even have a kebab anywhere in the recipe. I found out about this sandwich a few years ago but didn’t trust myself to make the meat and potato pie required (see my baking skills on display in this video to understand) Well, I discovered Julie’s British Bakery here in San Jose who makes them! Huzzah! This vids a bit long and sure to miff more than one Brit as I’ve learned over the years, no matter what recipe you follow, you’re doing it wrong. Lol Also, public service announcement: having just edited this I can tell you with certainty that if you create a drinking game around how often I say “alright” or “now” in this video, you would die. You’ve been warned.
