In India, it's election season with the third phase of voting taking place today. Four more phases of voting remain but a lot was at stake in today's phase. Most of the states that went to polls are ruled by the BJP so it was crucial for the ruling party. Some key seats were up for grabs especially, in the states of Karnataka, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. Also - Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's home state Gujarat went to polls with the Prime Minister himself voting today. He also urged more people to come out and vote.
