UPDATED on August 23, 2017, Kyrie Irving was TRADED to the Boston Celtics in exchange for Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic & Brooklyn Nets' 2018 unprotected 1st-round pick! 8 days later, the Boston Celtics agreed to send the Cleveland Cavaliers a 2020 second-round draft pick via the Miami Heat to complete the trade, as compensation for Isaiah Thomas' failed physical. This trade gives the Cleveland Cavaliers options and insurance if LeBron James does depart in the future.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have become the center of attention around the league due to their ongoing situation with Kyrie Irving‘s recent trade request becoming public.

Kyrie won his 1st NBA Championship during the recent 2015-2016 NBA season with LeBron James & Kevin Love. Despite the Golden State Warriors was leading the series 3-1, Kyrie helped the Cavaliers to win the next 3 games, and they became the 1st team in Finals history to successfully overcome a 3–1 deficit. Ever since 2011, Kyrie Irving had been playing in the Quicken Loans Arena for the past 6 years, until he came to a decision to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Boston Celtics back in July 2017.

Back on July 21 2017, Kyrie Irving has requested trade out of Cleveland Cavaliers to find bigger role. The request came last week and was made to Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert. Irving has said that he wants to play in a situation where he can be more of a focal point and that he NO longer wants to play alongside LeBron James, sources said.

On Saturday, LeBron James posted two videos to social media. They both feature him listening to Meek Mill's new album "Wins & Losses", and the song Heavy Heart by musician Meek Mill. There are many ways to interpret Irving’s decision to post a video of him singing the song “Coming Home.”

This has led to another Kyrie-LeBron beef/fight/drama, which will end up the same as last year's 2016 Kevin Durant & Russell Westbrook, & sooner to be like Kobe Bryant & Shaquille O'Neal. Both LeBron and Kyrie have been playing together in the Quicken Loans Arena ever since James made his comeback to the Cleveland Cavaliers back in 2014.

Make sure you have your ankle insurance, health insurance and life insurance before playing with both Kyrie Irving and LeBron James!

● LeBron James is 32 years old now, and he entered the NBA league back in 2003 with the Cleveland Cavaliers, and he had been playing at the Quicken Loans Arena for almost 11 years now. Sports Illustrated put him on the cover the prior year as a high school junior with the claimed tagline: “The Chosen One.” Nike inked him to a seven-year, $90 million deal while he was still in high school. James has become the superstar icon in Cleveland itself, and the Cleveland Cavaliers has decided to place a new LeBron James banner outside of Quicken Loans Arena.

LeBron James has been one of the hottest names on the endorsement trail as well, locking up partnerships with Nike, Coca-Cola (Sprite), Beats By Dre, State Farm Insurance, Kia Motors, Intel, Progressive Insurance, Samsung, Verizon Wireless, McDonald's, Powerade, and Blaze Pizza.

James is on the Mount Rushmore of the most influential and popular active athletes on the planet. His 41 million Facebook followers is second behind only Cristiano Ronaldo among athletes. He sells more of his signature shoes for Nike than any other active athlete.

● Kyrie is notably known for his role as "Uncle Drew" in the Pepsi Max commercials. An Uncle Drew movie is set for June 29, 2018, which will be produced by Lionsgate. Back on November 16, 2017, there was a claim by Kyrie Irving himself, saying that the Earth is actually flat.

Kyrie Irving has partnered up with major brands such as Nike, PepsiCo, Foot Locker, Panini, PSD Luxury Men's Boxer Briefs, and Skullcandy. In December 2014, Irving had launched his Nike Kyrie 3 signature shoe collection and since then the sale of his shoes is touching new heights day by day. The launch colorway was sold out in just 3 minutes. In 2016, he got equity stakes in American company Skullcandy. This deal was a part of an endorsement deal between him and Skullcandy. This move of Kyrie looks professionally good because of Skullcandy's global headphone and earbud market expected to be worth more than $17.5 billion by 2022.
