Meatball Ingredients:
• 1 & ½ lbs. of ground beef
• 1 & ½ lbs. of ground pork
• 3 cups of Italian style breadcrumbs
• 6 eggs
• ½ cup of grated Romano cheese
• 3 tsp. of salt
• 1 tsp. of black pepper
• 4 TBSP of chopped Italian parsley
• 6 gloves of garlic (pressed)
• 1 cup of water

Spaghetti Filling Ingredients:
• ¾ lb. of spaghetti
• 8 oz. of Mozzarella (cubed)
• 10 cups of tomato sauce (4-5 cups for the filling and 6 cups for the top of the meatball, once it’s cooked.
