But upon reflection, it's clear that House and Powers are HEAVILY influenced by Frank Herbert's Dune, in ways that have only become clearer as Denis Villeneuve's Dune films have released to so much critical and financial success throughout the 2020s, and Dune’s ascension has truly taken hold.
