Poetry at The Dalí is an ongoing series hosted by St. Petersburg Poet Laureate, Helen Pruitt Wallace. Occurring on the second Thursday of each month, each evening will feature Wallace joined by selected poets.

About the Poets:
Natasha Rao is the author of Latitude, selected by Ada Limón as the winner of the 2021 APR/Honickman First Book Prize. The recipient of a 2021 Ruth Lilly & Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation, she has also received fellowships from Bread Loaf, the Vermont Studio Center, and the Community of Writers. Her work appears in The Nation, American Poetry Review, The New York Times Magazine, The Yale Review, and elsewhere. She holds a BA from Brown University and an MFA from NYU, where she was a Goldwater Fellow. She is currently an editor of American Chordata and lives in Brooklyn.

Becka Mara McKay is a poet and translator. She directs the Creative Writing MFA at Florida Atlantic University, where she is also faculty advisor to Swamp Ape Review. Publications include poetry—A Meteorologist in the Promised Land and Happiness Is the New Bedtime—and several translations of fiction and poetry from Modern Hebrew. Her newest book of poems, The Little Book of No Consolation, came out in 2021 from Barrow Street Press. She has recently published work in Spoon River Poetry Review, Permafrost, and Southwest Review.
