Tinfoil has been confirmed to be a full instrumental track on Living Things by Rick Florino, an ARTISTdirect editor, in response to a fan's question on Twitter. It is the eleventh track off of the album, following a tradition of having an instrumental track as on previous albums in the forms of Hybrid Theory and Meteora with "Cure For The Itch" and "Session" respectively.
It is an intro to Powerless.
