Hey friends :) I hope you've had a great week! This one was a tough week for me and my anxiety unfortunately, nothing seemed to go the plan which always sucks, however some retail therapy and a cute weekend trip to the Cotswolds for a friends birthday managed to cheer me up.

I know when we look at others on social media their life's always seem perfect but you're just seeing 10% of this and the best bits so never compare yourself. I always try to be positive and happy all the time but it's impossible I still struggle massively with my anxiety and mental health but every day I learn more and more how to control this :) Just wanted you all to know your not alone if and when you feel like this.
