Every year around christmas, musicians from Austria and Switzerland gather to play three gigs at two prominent locations in Vorarlberg (Austria) to the benefit of the local cancer relief foundation.
Initiated in 1999 by Michael "Mickey" Köhlmeier and Reinhold Ray" Bilgeri, every year had it's own motto. 2014/2015 it was "SWAMP MUSIC". 100% of the revenues of this events and donations collected there are donated directly to the Cancer Relief foundation of Vorarlberg.
Thanks to Armin Egle for putting it all together, thanks to all the FOH/Monitor sound enineers and lighting technicians,
thanks to the video- and audio recording crew and everbody at the "Altes Kino" Rankweil and the "Spielboden" Dornbirn.
And of course thanks to all the great musicians for spreading the good vibrations and playing outstanding concerts.
Very special thanks go out to the undisputed frontman of the band, master of ceremony, stage director/manager and Jack of all Trades: Bernie Weber for keeping it up for 17 years in support to fight cancer, making the world a better place!
