Following the devastation to the Captiva nests, the original pair relocated.
This season there is a lot of interest on the nest.
Jack and Edie - Unfortunately it was noticed by an observant viewer that one of the eggs has become deformed and will be unviable now. It is inconclusive even in the 0.1 speed clip as to when this occurred.
Jack delivers a fish, Edie excited goes in to grab it, and to me it looks like she 'turned' the egg towards the camera showing the deformation rather than stepped on fully maybe (IMO). The egg does not look cracked? so could potentially have been done at an earlier date.
Could look like an indented egg shape (see 10th video clip near end)
There are a further 3 eggs present on the nest.

The osprey (Pandion haliaetus) here in Florida are non-migratory.
