In Iceland, a volcanic eruption is still going strong on its 27th day. Lava has built up to as much as 75 feet in thick areas, but something else interesting has recently occurred. Lava has recently started erupting in a fairly predictable increasing and decreasing cycle almost like that seen in a geyser. This video will discuss the ongoing eruption, and why this cyclical activity is occurring.
