Cops can't figure out how to do their jobs without working with dirty career criminals to get information, no tactics at all on their own...these rats can do ANYTHING they want in our cities, they are called criminal informants ( CI)...so they are treated like police officers even while running illegal businesses , anyone calls police, they just cover it up quickly.
