In a top 20 matchup the Clemson Tigers traveled to Athens to take on the Bulldogs. Running back Todd Gurley led the way for the Bulldog's offense. Following an early touchdown Gurley would have a 100 yard kick return to tie the game up at the half. He had a strong second half and ended the game with 15 carries for 198 yards and three touchdowns. Overall he finished with 298 yards and four touchdowns in a 45-21 win.
