In 1971, Amtrak took control of most passenger trains in the United States and has transported tens of millions of people across the country ever since. In this video we will document multiple Amtrak trains that I have filmed west of Chicago in the month of December including the Illinois Zephyr, California Zephyr, Carl Sandburg, and Southwest Chief.
