In this video I show, in real time, the full process for an iPhone 14 Pro CPU swap. This technique is necessary when the phone is severely broken and the motherboard has physically cracked.

The repair process involves preparing the donor motherboard by removing the donor board CPU, NAND, and EEPROM and preparing the solder pads for the data board chips. The data board chips are then removed, reballed, and placed onto the donor board.

This repair requires the highest level of precision and expertise. If any step is done incorrectly, the entire process will be unsuccessful. So great care is taken, patience is required, and testing along the way is important.

This is not a technique for beginners and should only be attempted by experienced experts in the iPhone Data Recovery field.
