-Salt 4g (0.5% of chicken)
-Green onion 40g
-Garlic 10g (as peeled)
-Ginger 5g (as peeled)

-Kombu 2g (Or MSG 1g)
-Mirin 90ml (6tbsp)
-Sake 30ml (2tbsp)
-Sugar 5g (1tsp)
