Jist traveled to Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, a stronghold of the Samajwadi Party, where the party has given a ticket to Dimple Yadav, the sitting MP of Mainpuri and wife of former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav. BJP has given a chance to Jaiveer Singh, who is a minister in CM Yogi’s Cabinet. We talked to the locals of Mainpuri and tried to understand the election dynamics of the constituency.
