Srikanth also serves as a Director of the non-profit organization Surge Impact Foundation, dedicated to identifying and nurturing entrepreneurs for India's development. As the first international blind student at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, he excelled not only academically but also in national-level blind cricket, international chess, and various other sporting events such as baseball and swimming.

Tushar Hiranandani is an Indian film director and writer. He has previously worked as the Head of Content and Development for Balaji Motion Pictures before moving into full-time direction. He made his debut as a writer with the 2004 film Masti and subsequently wrote for films like Faltu (2011), Double Dhamaal (2011), Grand Masti (2013), and more. Tushar made his directorial debut in 2019 with Saand Ki Aankh and was nominated at Filmfare 2020 for best debut director. In the Pingyao International Film Festival, Saand Ki Aankh was nominated for the People’s Choice Award (2019)-Gala-Best Film.
