With both Texas and Oklahoma leaving the Big 12, there will be a major power vacuum that will need to be filled. One of the teams that could be positioned to fill that vacuum could be the Sooners' in-state rival Oklahoma State. The Cowboys have appeared in the Big 12 title game in two of the last three years and could make a run at the title once again this season and earn a spot in the college football playoff.
