A big day, and I don't have all the screenshots I want, so let's timestamp it.

0:47 HMCS Timmins, escorting a Panama-Pearl convoy, detects I-18, which elects not to fire
0:56 USS Cuttlefish sinks a torp into cruiser-minelayer Itsukushima.
1:15 Atago, Hiei, Mikuma, Haguro and Jintsu (and a pack of escorts) wallop Singkawang badly, destroying a Fokker on the ground, disrupting the defenders and ruining the airfield.
2:03 I-154 misses HMS Indomitable and is depth-charged severely for her impertinence.
4:32 D3A Val spotted by Indomitable's task force. First inkling that Something Bad is about to happen.
4:54 16 Zeroes sweep my 5 P-50s out of the sky over Milne Bay. My boys are on LRCAP from Port Moresby as I try to build up Milne Bay, with a few US engineers and Australian commandos holding the hex.
5:58 a measure of revenge. The AVG pops up with 6 Tomahawks and brings down a few Nells in northern Sumatra. I want to force him to escort his strikes everywhere and limit his ability to launch fighter sweeps.
7:41 Ambon, unfortunately, is too smashed up, unsupplied, and isolated to provide air cover. The daily bombing continues.
8:03 The Big Strike. That concentration at Singapore was the Kido Butai, and he's aiming at Ceylon again. The only question remaining: is this another raid, or an invasion?
8:18 I have a diverse and (compared to last time) numerous CAP over Colombo, but nothing I have can stop a strike this huge. Also, a lot of fighters are set to training mode.. The Zeroes maul our Fulmars.
13:40 Here come the bombs... the first shotai of Vals immediately plants two 250kg semi-armor-piercing bombs on Indomitable' armored deck, which absorbs the hits admirably.
13:51 But the Kates are on point today, too. An 18inch torp slams into Indomitable. It's unfortunate that she happened to arrive at Colombo today, presenting a stationary target..
14:29 With Indomitable already badly hit and obscured by smoke, the Japanese strike starts going after the battleships and cruisers in the hex as well.
15:10 A Kate hits HMS Dorsetshire with a 250kg SAP, blowing up a torpedo launcher and inflicting severe casualties.
17:03 HMS Capetown is hit.
18:54 Results. Indomitable is almost definitely doomed. I could try to flee north towards Bombay again, but that runs the risk of her sinking in open water.
19:13 IJAAS bombing of Singkawang
19:23 & Ambon.
19:41 I put together a big raid on Pisanuloke! It's shockingly successful. Though I wish those Hurricanes were over Colombo and not escorting bombers a thousand miles away.
20:46 The Java bombers continue to keep Zeroes busy (shooting them down).
21:22 A well-escorted Betty strike from Rabaul finds clear skies over Milne Bay, after Zeroes cleared out my P-50s earlier in the morning. All 24 of them somehow miss the old, slow APs.
22:00 A Zero sweep over Bandoeng encounters my buffed-up CAP. The two Dutch Hurricanes go down quick. Even outnumbered, the Zero is deadly.
23:14 I'm glad I pulled back my most valuable ships from Ndeni yesterday. A wave of 7 Kates misses the retreating task force.
23:31 A second wave of 22 Kates successfully finds the small Dutch APs left behind at Ndeni, unloading the motorized support for the 25th Aus Bde. 3 APs go down immediately, taking 7 trucks with them. Could have been worse - if he'd arrived a day or two earlier, those ships would still have been packed with infantry. As it stands, these are acceptable losses.
24:43 A follow-up strike misses again.
24:55 These squadron diverting messages mean that Indomitable is too badly damaged for her aircraft to land. Bad sign.
25:22 PM AIR PHASE! Yes, this is a long turn.
25:33 One of USS Enterprise's TBDs spots a probable Japanese sub west of Luganville.
25:51 Enemy transport spotted in the Bay of Bengal. It's an invasion. Siren Dot Gif.
26:09 Another escorted Betty strike at Milne Bay blows through the reconstituted P-50 LRCAP, but misses the wildly-maneuvering destroyers USS Peary and HNLMS Piet Hein.
27:19 Afternoon KB strike at Colombo. My depleted CAP sucks. Two more bombs smack into Indomitable, which is now almost entirely domitable.
29:45 One of Akagi's Kates slips a torpedo into battleship HMS Revenge.
30:16 lol dud.
31:03 Another Kate strike by his CVLs north of Ndeni. Again, all misses.
31:55 I-9 relieves the Free French of the awkwardness of operating a ship named "Vichy."
32:53 Ambon stalemate continues.
33:03 IJA 38th Division continues advancing towards Madioen.
33:10 Fall of Oosthaven on the southern tip of Sumatra. Likely he will march overland from here to Palembang to avoid minefields and PTs.
33:22 Singkawang falls after a stalwart defence. Those IJA Amphibious Brigades are a menace.
33:46 Calcutta and Madras expand airfields to size 6. Madras will be a big base for attacks on the enemy around Ceylon.
35:04 today's aircraft losses. My Blenheims got 12 Anns on the ground! Best airfield strike of the war so far.
35:34 Indomitable. 86 flooding, top speed 3 knots.
40:29 Enterprise.
