Timmy Burch wasn’t introduced until season 4 of South Park, but he INSTANTLY made a huge splash, and is easily one of the fandoms favorite characters in the show. I think it would be easy to expect South Park to make the handicapped kid a punchline, but on the contrary, Timmy is an incredibly well rounded and well respected character. By both fans AND the other characters in the show. And though he maybe doesn’t get as much focus as he did previously, he remains easily one of the most popular.
