TODAY'S RECIPE IS Creamy Caramel Vermicelli | Caramel Semiya Payasam | Seviyan Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Ghee 1 tsp
Almond 1 tsp
Cashew nut 1 tsp
Pistachios 1 tsp
Raisin 1 tsp
Roast for 2 mins
Keep aside
Sugar 1/4 cup
Caramelised the sugar
Hot milk 2 cup
Keep stirring
Cook until caramel dissolves
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Mix well
Ghee 1 tsp
Vermicelli 1/2 cup
Roast for 5 mins low flame
Cook for 5 mins
Roasted nuts
Cardamom powder


NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
