In this travel vlog, I'm bringing you to Peshawar, one of the oldest cities in South Asia and known for its vibrant bazaars, ancient charm, and amazing hospitality. Come along as we try to navigate the city, encountering unexpected detours and the warmth of helpful locals along the way.

This one is a bit different from my other videos, and takes on a slightly more ‘vloggish’ and personal approach, offering you an unfiltered glimpse into my experiences. I hope you enjoy this different side of my journey! Do let me know in the comments which style you prefer :)

Thank you, your support means the world 💛

🌞 About Me:
I'm Flora, a female adventurer passionate about hiking, nature, and exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations. My goal is to show what it's truly like to travel in Pakistan - specifically as a female foreigner – and show that it isn’t like what Western media portrays it to be.

🌟 Journey Highlights:
*Night Bus to Peshawar: we go on a 10-hour night bus from Chitral to Peshawar, setting the tone for the adventure.
*Food Quest in Peshawar: join the search for some vegetarian food in Peshawar, showing my challenge of navigating a meat-centric cuisine.
*Sim Card Mission: Come along with us as we navigate the city to get ourselves local sim cards, which sounds easier than it looks. Luckily, we are in Peshawar, the friendliest city in the world!
*Solo Adventure: I decide to go on a solo exploration, experiencing what it’s like to be a solo female traveler in Peshawar.

🌐 Practical Info:
*For fellow travelers, the foreigner-friendly hotels I know about in Peshawar are Empire Hotel and Etihad Hotel. Always make sure to check for the latest updates, though!
*While my visit to Peshawar didn't require an NOC, keep in mind that regulations can change. Stay informed and be prepared for unexpected twists when planning your visit to this fascinating city.
*To get a sim card, make sure to go to the main office of the provider you choose to go with, and bring your passports. We went for Zong sim cards and they worked perfectly fine!

📅 Time of Visit:
November 9-12th.

🎥 Gear:
All footage captured on IPhone 14 Pro.
