The Canadian Dental Care Plan, a key element of the Liberal government's supply-and-confidence agreement with the NDP, officially launched today. More than 1.9 million seniors, who are the first to qualify, have already registered. But only a few thousand dentists have reportedly signed up to deliver the program, with many saying they lack information about how Ottawa will administer it.
