Pork neck - 1-1.2 kg.
Cut steaks 1.5–2 cm thick.
Welcome to our channel!
Cut 1 onion.
Place in a blender and add 2 tablespoons of paprika.
Stir everything until smooth.
250 ml mineral water.
Add salt and black pepper.
Cover with cling film and marinate the meat for 1 hour.
Cut 1 head of cabbage into steaks.
Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the cabbage on it.
Add salt and black pepper.
Place the meat on top.
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
Cheese - 100 gr.
Chop the dill.
Place tomatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes at 180°C.
