Super easy baked haddock recipe! It's so delicious! Simple and tasty fish recipe.

Ingredients and recipe:
Paprika (1 tbsp)
Dried mustard powder (1 tbsp)
Curry powder (1 tbsp)
Garlic powder (1/2 tbsp)
Dried pepper flakes (1 tbsp)
Salt & Pepper (approx. 1/2 tbsp each)
Crackers
Butter (30g)
Vegetable oil
Haddock
Lime (optional)

Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, set aside for later
Crush the crackers in a ziploc bag
Heat up pan in medium heat
Add butter to pan and let it melt
Add crushed crackers to pan, stir until all the crackers are coated with butter
Brush vegetable oil on both side of the haddock
Rub the seasoning mix on both side of the haddock
Add the crackers to the top of the haddock
Bake on 350F for 20 minutes
Done! Serve with salad or rice.
Add lime to the haddock (optional)
