So Porch Pirates are a thing, are a PITA/ headache, and everyone has ways to prevent this. Amazon deliveries have access to a lock box, instructions to use it, there are 2 cameras on it, and 1 within it. However, I still have 14 other outdoor cameras just incase. But this week, I had the worst delivery ever. The lady stepped off my sidewalk and just chucked it. Took a photo of it and split. Needless to say, thumbs down, and hit her with a few negative remarks. Stewed on it, decided to call customer service. Spoke with a VERY helpful rep, Crystal T. Apologized, contacted their response team, contacted the delivery provider, and had follow up messages.

I buy a TON on Amazon and will continue to do so, but I hope the delivery lady in this video gets at least additional training.
