When I work with myself after the Awareness Through Movement lessons in Hebrew by Feldenkrais, I cannot stand the acoustic distortion that occurs in the copies sold of these lessons, especially the speed at which the original tape is played. Here is the first lesson I have restored from one of the hundreds, if not thousands, of priceless treasures that mankind has been fortunate enough to receive.
"Make Feldenkrais, not war!"
