Hey FitFam,

This explosive 20-minute workout will target your entire body! You do not need any equipment for this workout. We will go through a total of 14 exercises in this circuit. We will perform and low intensity exercise and then a high intensity version of that same exercise. Each exercise is 30 seconds. We will perform 4 exercises (2 minutes of work) followed by a 30 second rest.

Super sweaty and calorie burning!

Alternating curtsy lunges
Skater lunges

Alternating side lunges
Side lunges with punches
Squats
Squat jumps
