July 25 2023, 1:43 pm - Dad Rey brings some food to 12-week-old eaglet Lof on the Surrey Reserve bald eagle cam nest. Once Lof has chased the adult off, she decides to do some flapping with the food item (likely part of a flounder) - we think she's getting quite close to fledging. She did eventually eat the food, but seemed more interested in practicing flapping initially. ~JudyB
