For the first time in more than a decade, drug overdose deaths declined in DuPage County.
They were down 24-percent last year compared to the previous year.
Greg Hart is a former DuPage County Commissioner and served as the chairman of the DuPage County Heroin-Opioid Prevention & Education – or HOPE - taskforce.
He joined the WGN Evening news to talk about the findings.
