Sweeping curves, mountain scenery, and a taste of downtown nightlife were a few of the highlights from day one of our Asheville, NC trip. In this episode, we hit the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoyed the overlooks with panoramic views before reaching the highest point on the Parkway at over 6,000 feet. We then traveled to Mount Pisgah and stopped for lunch at the Pisgah Inn while enjoying amazing views and headed down the twisty curves of Highway 276 into Brevard. Afterward, we celebrated a great day of riding in downtown Asheville with cocktails at the AC Hotel's rooftop bar before getting a good night's sleep for day two.
