Claw managed to get in contact with last.fm user “artstorm” who used to own the EP but still had to the song files, including a full copy of “Funky”.

Solved by presveva (OP) and sveta.

presveva submitted an audio sample that sounded a lot like RTP and another user found out it meant Royal Treatment Plant. sveta went to discogs and started searching through their discography and found out their 5th demo album was literally called "Funky". sveta researched them through YouTube and found out that one of their videos had a similar live cheer to the song. In Google, they started searching through pages of "funky.mp3" and found it.
