Magnolia County has a TON going for it; however, transit isn't one of those things. And that means that car ownership is basically a requirement for residents, making life incredibly difficult for those with moderate incomes. This reality is making the region unaffordable.

Some of those hit hardest are students at the University of Superior, which leaves the Administration scrambling for a solution. They offer funding for the operational cost of a few transit routes, if only the County would begin operating a service.

After many discussions and much public interest, this service will be approved and in today's episode, we'll build it. We'll create a brand new transit system, complete with a bus depot, bus terminal, three new local bus routes, and one intercity route. Finally, we'll dramatically expand the city, laying out multiple new neighborhoods around our new transit facilities.
