The original by Bo Burnham is one of my favorite songs ever, it expresses a sentiment that I find incredibly unique and hard to articulate. I was absolutely obsessed with it during lockdown, and I always felt like it would lend itself very well to a more orchestral-type of instrumental.

This is my first time working on an arrangement of this scale, I worked on it for a few months and am happy with what I managed to create. It's not perfect, but it's mine.

Huge shoutout to my friend Sam (@primal.jpg on instagram) for helping me out with the animations, the video would have been a whole lot less fun without his contribution :) please check out the rest of his work, he's extremely talented!

Also big thanks to the BBC Symphony Orchestra for making all of their instruments available as VSTs for free, the idea that I can compose tracks with actual violins, brass, horns, glockenspiels, harps etc. from the comfort of my bedroom is insane.
