Robinson Tom, graduate student in bioengineering and Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences describes his atypical career journey starting in a Navajo reservation and leading to microfluidic droplet sorting in the David Weitz Group at Harvard. Robinson Tom has big plans for the future that include opening a research institution on the Navajo reservation.
