Welcome to Part Nine of our Europe VLOG Series. I'm Nick Daniel Lichanos Cochrane and we’re continuing our adventure in Zermatt, Switzerland. We embarked on a thrilling journey up the Matterhorn mountain, where we were greeted by breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Unfortunately, we were too late for the Glacier Paradise, so we’ll have to come back another time. After descending from the heights, we do a walking tour through the charming town of Zermatt, looking for dairy free food. It is picturesque streets with cozy chalets and no cars! We ventured into the grocery store. It was a fascinating experience, as we struggled to read the ingredients, but it was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the local foods and culinary traditions of Zermatt. We end up eating dairy free dinner at Theodors Stuba Restaurant near Hotel Walliserhof. Our time in Zermatt went by too fast and left us filled with unforgettable experiences that left us longing to return!
