This song is my second submission to the Spring Breakup Promotion of The American Songwriting Contest. For the video, my mom thought it would be cute to film me exercising. I think it fits the theme well! Often when I'm feeling heartbroken or anxious, working out is a great antidote. And for a few moments at least that person or thing is completely OUT OF MY MIND, and I can only focus on my breath and movement.
