Learn how to prepare homemade energy bars in a simple way, without using the oven and with easy to find ingredients.
These bars will not only fill you up with energy, but they are also a great option if you are looking for a healthy treat for you or your children.
These bars are:
-GLUTEN FREE
-LACTOSE FREE
-REFINED SUGAR FREE
👉 INGREDIENTS:
for 10 bars
For the tops
100 gr. ground almonds SG (1 cup)
125 g oat flour SG (1 cup)
2 tablespoons oil (olive, coconut, sunflower...)
2 tablespoons of honey, or agave syrup...
Juice of one orange
Zest of half an orange
For the filling
175 gr. of sultanas (1 cup)
Pulp of one orange
½ teaspoon cinnamon SG
2 tbsp. chia seeds
For the topping
150 g dark chocolate couverture SG
Oil or margarine to adjust texture
SG= non-generic ingredients must be certified gluten free
