sorry for the audio guys it was a random idea I got on my last flight to get up and record a video in the bathroom. life is so mysterious. I allowed panic to kill me. in 2019 I made a full recovery. in 2023 I still take regular trips from from Paris to Dublin ✈️ this was never possible for me after 10 long years stuck. but I went into my deepest and darkest fears. and here I am. 🙏🏽
