LGL arrives back to the nest to feed TF and when she is finished, she starts to walk away and finds her mate LGK resting just a few feet from her! They immediately begin to preen one another in a heart warming gesture of greeting! It has been 6 weeks since LGL and LGK have seen one another, both busy with foraging for food at sea and then coming in solo to feed TF.
Now they get to spend some time with one another - we hope that there will be another reunion before TF fledges in mid September. LGL leaves and heads back out to sea - LGK slowly made his way to the nest and gives TF a feeding and then lies down again to rest. There was no wind again so LGK just hung out till morning to leave. Thank you for watching!
