Alright let's talk Seattle pizza. When I first moved here, I felt a bit lost because I couldn't find a favorite. It was a roulette of different options looking for something that would hit every time. That isn't to say any of the places I tried weren't good - in fact some of them were great. But is Seattle a "pizza city?" I certainly didn't think so. Then I found three restaurants that made me reconsider that mindset.
I'm not saying these are the best pizzas in Seattle. I don't like saying anything is the "best" anything. I don't like comparing restaurants in that way. But if I'm being asked for recommendations? I find it easy to pick Alibi Room, Moto, and Dantini. It goes beyond the pizza. Each place has a unique lure.
Whether it's the "old school" Seattle feel of Alibi Room, bringing people together with a MOTO reservation, or hanging out at Old Log Cabin for some local spirits and Dantini Pizza; These are three must-try Seattle pizzas.
