The Enforcement Directorate has arrested Jharkhand Congress Minister Alamgir Alam’s personal secretary (PS) Sanjiv Lal and the officer’s domestic help following raids conducted at various premises. Cash worth ₹ 35.23 crore has been recovered over the past 17 hours, sources said after several officials worked to reach a final number.
