US President Joe Biden appears lost and confused again following the end of a press conference.

As Biden’s handlers escorted reporters out of the room, the 81-year-old said, “I better not start the questions. I'll get in trouble”.

Users on X roasted the oldest sitting president in US history over his comments, with many wondering how can the president get in trouble.

“Why would the chief executive get 'in trouble' for answering questions,” one wrote.

“Please do not vote for this man.”

A poll by the New York Times and Sienna College found 47 per cent of voters strongly disapprove of how Biden is handling the presidency.

The poll also revealed 73 per cent of voters believe Joe Biden is too old to be an effective president.
