I decided to tear apart my bike and replace some components. I'm running a new snappy KMC chain and also installed some wider handlebars, the Soma Highway One 42cm set.

Thanks to VIA Rail for the great service. I must have tried every snack in the canteen, with the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies being my favourite.
